If you are a contact person at one of our customers, for example, we may collect your name, business phone number, and business email address. To administer pay and benefits, however, we must collect additional personal information from employees. In most cases, we collect your personal information directly from you.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Selling, sharing, and disclosing personal information

We do not sell or share personal information and have not done so over the past 12 months.

We may disclose personal information to vendors performing operational services on our behalf, including maintaining contact information for current and prospective customers, processing transactions, providing analytic services, providing data storage, processing employment-related payments and information, administering employee benefits, and similar services. These vendors are not allowed to use the personal information we disclose for their own purposes.

We may also disclose personal information in the following situations:

  • Business transactions - If we become involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred to a different company or legal entity. It would then be subject to a different Privacy Policy.
  • Legal requirements - We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law enforcement, in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency), or to comply with other legal obligations.

As stated above, we do not share or sell personal information.

Retention of your personal information

We keep personal information that we have collected for as long as necessary to satisfy your requests, achieve the business purposes described above, and comply with legal requirements. This applies to all categories of personal information identified above.

Your data privacy rights

Privacy laws in certain states, including California, provide certain rights for individuals. Those rights may include, based on your geographic location, the following:

  • Right to know—You may ask us to provide a description of the personal information we have collected about you and to access such information. This includes the categories of personal information we collect, the categories of sources from which we collect it, our business or commercial purpose for collecting each category of personal information, the categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to correct—You may ask us to correct any inaccuracies in the personal information we have collected.
  • Right to delete—You may ask us to delete the personal information we have collected.
  • Right of portability—You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information that you have previously provided to us in a portable and readily usable format.
  • Right to non-discrimination—We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising these rights.

There are exceptions to these rights, which may apply under certain conditions. We expect to verify your identity from information we already maintain, but may, under applicable law, require you to provide an identification document. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request for you, following the same procedures described above. If you use an authorized agent, we may require the agent to submit proof that they are authorized to act on your behalf.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, we have not listed the Right to Opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information. For the same reason, we do not recognize and honor opt-out preference signals from browsers equipped with Global Privacy Control. Likewise, because we do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about individuals, we have not listed the Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. If the situation changes, we will update this Privacy Policy.

Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information of anyone under the age of 16, and we have no knowledge that we have done so. If we learn that anyone under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
